Super resolution (SR) microscopy enables imaging beyond the diffraction limit, which is essential for breakthroughs in research. However, it faces challenges with objectives with high numerical apertures (NA) and short working distances (WD). GAIA Point REscan confocal microscope overcomes these limitations, offering Super resolution imaging up to 500 μm deep in live samples. GAIA achieves resolution beyond the diffraction limit and dynamic imaging at whole-organism scales thanks to its wide range objective compatibility (30x–100x) and extremely low phototoxicity. Application in living zebrafish revealed intricate structures and processes, positioning GAIA as a versatile tool for deep live cell imaging in Super resolution.
