A comparison between NL5 and a well known Spinning Disk Confocal (SDC) during deep 3D imaging showed superior performance of NL5 after 20 um of depth. Higher signal-to-noise ratio and more crisp images. NL5 is also excellent for long-term live-cell imaging. Download the document below the video and learn more.
